Terms and Conditions

1. DTBFG will not accept any responsibility for vouchers that are lost or stolen or damaged
2. Shop Local Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
3. Shop Local Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference
4. We recommend that businesses do not give change. We advise purchasers that vouchers are redeemable against goods in participating Shop Local stores as part or full payment but no change or cash alternative will be offered.
5. Shop Local Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation
6. DTBFG will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered from, or in connection with, any transaction or dealing between the Shop Local Voucher Member and Voucher holder or customer
7. If a customer returns goods purchased with a voucher member companies should apply their own policy and ensure that it is clear at the time of purchase
